Funny or Die discovered a video of a news anchor who, while describing the arrest of a man accused of killing and chopping up his wife, gets the giggles.

She begins to lose it at the same time the accused's mug shot appears, and he's making bug eyes. Funny in the moment, but as mug shots go, not so original. Many police departments now post mug shots online, and a number of blogs and sites scour them for anything out of the ordinary -- goofy expressions, bad haircuts, unfortunate T-shirts.
